Garden Gail is known as the "Worm Lady" and she is here to provide you with all of the details and information you need to start your own worm composting system at home! She is also proficient in many other types of composting and will teach you how to start you composting in any way that suites your lifestyle.

Composting is one of the best things we can do for the environment right in our own homes. Composting lowers greenhouse gases by improving carbon sequestration in the soil and by preventing methane emissions through aerobic decomposition, as methane-producing microbes are not active in the presence of oxygen.
